What's next
After 21 years building elite teams and solving hard problems, I'm not simply looking for a job — I'm exploring what to build next. Long term, I want to build and lead something meaningful: set the mission, shape the culture, and create lasting value. I'm increasingly drawn to building tech-enabled, capital-light businesses where significant success creates more margin for faith and family — not less. Right now the most valuable conversations I'm having are with founders, operators, and leaders who have built something that lasts while protecting what matters most.
